Ed W. Clark High School Enrollment Information

Ed W. Clark High School is a public high school within the Clark County School District (CCSD). Students in grades 9 - 12, who live within our attendance zone or who have been accepted into one of our three magnet programs, are eligible to attend free of charge.

Applications for admission to any of our three magnet programs, AMSAT, AOF, & TEACH, are accepted for incoming 9th grade students each October - December. Qualified applicants are placed into a lottery for available seats.

Step 1: Complete the CCSD Online Registration

Use the link below to access the Online Registration (OLR) and for full registration information:

Step 2:Please bring all of the following required documents into the school:

Required Documents

  • Original birth certificate, passport, or certified birth card
  • Immunization Record (5 Polio shots, 1 tadp, 5 DPT, 2 MMR, 2 Hep A, 3 Hep B, 2 Varicella, 1 MVC4 Meningococcal)
  • Proof of Residence (Water, Power, or Gas bill; or Lease/Rental/Mortgage agreement or payment stub)
  • Parent/Guardian ID – with correct address
  • Completed Records Release form – must have parent signature
  • Notarized Guardianship Form – if applicable
  • Special Education student? – copy of current IEP
  • Student with 504 plan? – copy of current 504 plan

Coming from another CCSD high school?

Step 1: Verify that Ed W. Clark HS is your new zoned school.

Step 2: Please bring all of the following required documents into the school:

  • Proof of Residence (Water, Power, or Gas bill; or Lease/Rental/Mortgage agreement or payment stub)
  • Parent/Guardian ID – with correct address
